  After six months without real-money gaming activity, a €10 monthly maintenance fee may be charged. After 12 months, the account may be deleted and any remaining balance voided if the player does not respond to the casino.

  5.1 An account will be considered dormant if the Player has not engaged in any gaming activity on the Website using their real-money balance for a period of six (6) consecutive months from the date of their last real-money gaming activity. 5.2 The Company reserves the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee of 10 EUR or the equivalent amount in another currency to a dormant account. The fee will be charged on the 1st day of each month at 00:00 UTC and will continue to be charged monthly until the Player resumes activity by placing a bet using their real-money balance or until the account balance reaches zero (0). 5.3 If an account remains dormant for 12 consecutive months, such account shall be considered as inactive. If your account has become inactive, and we tried to get in touch with you, but there was no answer, the Company has the right to delete your account. Any positive balance will be voided.
